30 Minutes Abhyangam followed by 30 minutes Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic treatment which involves slowly pouring liquids over a client's third eye, which is located in the forehead. It has been used in India for centuries to treat a wide range of conditions, like insomnia, mental stress.


45 Minutes Abhyangam followed by 45 minutes  Pizhichil is a special form of treatment which is a combination of oil massage and heat treatment. This therapy is also known as treatment for aristocrats as in the olden days the Maharajas or Kings used to have this treatment, A gentle, synchronized massage is carried out under a constant flow of warm herbal oil. This Ayurveda treatment also involves squeezing a cloth soaked in oil over the body. Very good for rejuvenation.


Abhyangam + Pichu


30 Minutes Abhyangam followed by 15 minutes Pichu is A thick layer of cotton wool soaked with warm medicated oil is applied over the affected area. The oil is recycled periodically to make it warm. Kati Vasti alleviates lower back conditions like lumber spondylosis, inter vertebral disc prolapsed, lumbago (low back ache), and sciatica.


Shiro Abhyangam


Siro means Head and Abhyangam means Massage it is a special Kerala style head massage for 45 minutes with Ayurvedic medicated oil. It is Very good for reliving of mental stress and strain Promoting relaxation. Increased blood circulation to the head, bring oxygen and nutrients, thus   helping skin condition and stimulate hair growth.


Abhyangam + Podikkizhi


30 Minutes Abhyangam followed by 30 minutes Podikkizhi. The body is subjected to exude profusely after a thorough massage with warm blouses of herbal powders tied up in cotton cloth. This therapy helps in curing arthritis, back pain, paralysis, muscular pains etc


Abhyangam + Narangakkizhi

Ksheera Dhara


Dasamoolaksheera dhara is one of the important treatments among Kerala special treatments. It is a process by which the body is made to perspire by means of pouring warm medicated milk with a special vessel from a certain height in a rhythmic manner and is rubbed into the body in seven different postures. Ksheera Dhara strengthens the tissues, nourishes the skin and promotes longevity, and also rejuvenates the body. It is especially good for vatha pitta disorders.


Thakra Dhara


Takra dhara is a form of shirodhara, an Ayurvedic treatment method which involves continuous flow of medicated butter milk to the centre of forehead continuously for up to an hour a day. It relieves tension and effective for certain types of skin diseases and enhances the sleep.
